Change or Turn Off 'Skins'

Print this Topic Previous pageReturn to chapter overviewNext page

The skinning feature of WinFlash can give the program a number of different appearances - try out a few to find one you like.

1. While you have a file open in study mode, right-click on the Q or A dialog and then select Options from the popup menu. You can also click Options on the main window's menu if that's more convenient.

2. In the Options dialog that will appear, click on the View tab.

3. Click the small, down-pointing arrow on the Skins drop-down display. This will open the list of available skins. Click the one you'd like to try. To turn off skins, select None from the list - this entry is at the top of the list.  Turning off the skins will significantly speed up the program - especially for editing operations.

4. Click the OK button.
